So Earl and Fairy 5 finally came out. I watched it and the review will be up sometime tomorrow. So it looks like Vampire Knight Guilty will be the last review of this week. Well we still got Earl and Fairy 6, but since today is Thursday and m33w has a lot series on their hands I’m betting it won’t be out for another week =( But oh well. Enjoy the cat fight of the century ^_^

Summary

The make-up artists are complimenting Ruriko’s skin and Ruriko asks where Ren is. Ren is carrying tepratatrum Kyouko who is whining about being carried. They’re on their way back to the the set. Ren tells her its rude for her not to show  kindness and Kyouko says she doesn’t want to “own” him anything back. Finally Ren puts her down on the porch of the set house and says fine and then goes off to his manager. Kyouko is staring at him and wondering if he’s mad. She then puts this aside saying she doesn’t feel sorry for him, just then Kyouko feels a hateful vibe. She turns around to look inside the house. Nothing is near. Behind a corner is a fire raging Ruriko. She is mad that Ren is taking special treatment to Kyouko and won’t “forgive her for it”.

Yashiro, Ren’s manger, is bandaging Kyouko’s twisted ankle. She says thanks and asks for his name. He replies with his name and says she should really be thanking Ren. Kyouko says no because he’s cold hearted and mean. Yashiro says Ren is polite and kind arouand others. Kyouko tells him to forgett it. Yashiro then tells her that one thing for sure Ren always is serious and hardworking for work and the people he’s working with. He then tells Kyouko it’s time to go to the hospital. Kyouko refuses saying she still has a mission to protect Ruriko.

Ruriko is watching Ren who is doing something with a prop. She is wondering why he doesn’t talk to her since he was the one that asked for her. She goes up to him and notices he says hello and glad that she could make it because he was getting impatient. Ruriko angry at this stomps off. The director says couldn’t you try saying what she wants to hear. Ren says then the purpose of difficulty in this job would be lost. Kyouko is wandering around the house, she throws her Wigg down and says how dare he and he treats Kyouko like a princess. She then says her fans will number more then his.

Kyouko and Yashiro catch up with Ruriko. Kyouko is using a cane. Kyouko senses the aura of hate but passes it off as nothing. She asks if  she did anything to make Ruriko hate her and in simple short answer, Ruriko says she hates Love me section from the bottom of the heart. She doesn’t see the point of it and that people who perform should only be in the performing industry. She then states that Kyouko is “flattering” herself. Kyouko denies this. Ruriko says this is true because shes doing it for points. The only reason she carried Ruriko up the hill was for points. Kyouko is saying no she really did want to protect Ruriko. Ruriko then says she’ll never give Kyouko any points because from the beginning all she wanted to do was ruin Kyouko’s career. She says that Kyouko will work with her forever. Kyouko’s inner demons come out but Kyouko slaps them away. Her aura becomes full of hate bu t then it disappears and a smile happens. She asks about the shooting. Ruriko says she doesn’t know but their probably looking for her. Kyouko then turns to Yashiro and they both agree. They grab onto Ruriko and race to where the shooting it.

They rushes her to the shooting. Ruriko thought everyone was looking for her but they aren’t. Their all drinking tea. Ruriko is shocked by this. The director thanks Kyouko and Ren starts talking telepathy to her. Kyouko says telepathy that its hard to understand him. He says the turtle who didn’t go to the hospital. Kyouko is outrage that she has been called a turtle. She says the can walk and tries to, but Ruriko pushes her over. Everyone asks if she is alright. Ruriko then states that she just faking this and she fell on purpose on the way up to the set. She then states that Kyouko is “in love” with Ren. Kyouko is outrage at this and her demons come out but two Kyouko angels push them back inside of herself.

Everyone is asking if she is alright. The director demands that she apologizes but Ruriko stomps off. Later Kyouko is watching a scene from the thing they’re shooting. Ren comes up to her with a chair and asks if she wants a seat. She refuses. He says can’t a man be kind to a human who is sick or ill. Just then Ruriko yelling can be heard. She says this is just the opening scene how many times do I have to do this. The director says how many more time I think, you’re a rich girl and your walking should reflect that but your acting as when you normally walk. The director then explains the right body balance too and Kyouko remembers when she was little when Shou’s mom taught her this. Kyouko is yelling that she only came here because of Ren,this isn’t fair, and she won’t work. Kyouko then goes up to Ruriko and slaps her. Everyone is amazed. Later Ruriko is trying to phone the manger, the women from before, but she’s not picking up. She’s pissed. The Director is watching from afar and says she won’t come because him and the president Lory, are accomplices in this plan. Ren is the second accomplice who comes up to the Director and says are you really going to let them “face off” and if so this his a apprioate setting. The director states that Ruriko is no really use in this production. Ruriko is outside,mad, and wondering why the director didn’t get her to try again since so many do that. She then looks up and sees Kyouko in the window of the house.

Meanwhile inside, Kyouko is with the makeup/clothing artists. One of them is compliment at how wonderful she is and if she wins this role, she’ll really become a cinderalla. Kyouko is in happiness with this. Then the makeup artist says she’ll help her with her clothes and makeup. Kyouko looks down in silence. They asks if something is wrong. Kyouko looks up with a evil grin, saying that one more time. Make. One more time. Make. Kyouko then jumps onto the makeup artists and says say it one more time. Outside,listening to this is, Ruriko is their. She then turns around to find Ren their. She is in happiness.

Later, at the set, Ruriko is pissed because she remembers what Ren said to her. He said that the Director is serious and if you say you don’t want the part then you won’t have it so you must win it back with your acting. Ruriko is pissed that Ren isn’t helping cause “he invited her”. Just then the makeup artist comes out, Ruriko is still pissed, and brings out Kyouko in a brown wig and a kimono. Everyone is stunned at how beautiful she looks. Including the director and Ren.  Kyouko summarizes the story of Cinderalla and says shes always want to be Cinderalla.

The staff is all complimenting Kyouko. She is happy. Ruriko says it’s what an amazement what makeup can do you. Kyouko agrees and say it’s all because of Ruriko. Kyouko points out all the negatives of Ruriko in a happy form and shakes Ruriko hand and says thank. Ruriko says shes critizing her. Kyouko then yells out that this has to be the happiest moment in her life and to have makeup down by proffessionals. Ruriko is trying to get her attention, Ren is wandering of what past Kyouko has had. Kyouko then tells  Ruriko that she wants to be more happy, so. In a evil voice she says, I’ll win. Ruriko says who will loose to a fly and she’ll win. The director finds this interesting and entertaining. Ren notices this.

Kyouko does the scene that Ruriko failed to do and succefully does well. Ruriko before the scene starts has her fists together and is in anger. The manger notices this. He compliments on Kyouko’s acting that shes doing good. After the scene everyone is happy with Kyouko’s acting and is complimenting her. They asked if she has learned this before. Kyouko says only a little. She remembers how another useful talent that she learned of Shou’s come into use. Kyouko then is off to leave but steps on her injured food and feels pain shoot up. Kyouko forgott about hre injured foot and Ren makes note about that. Ren seats her down and rebandges her. He asks why she was using her left foot. And she says it was because it was necciscary. Meanwhile Ruriko is watching this scene and is anger. She says she won’t give up and basically she just compliments herself with how she’ll win. She then wanders if Kyouko’s foot is really that bad. She then grabs the scrip,skips to the next scene they’re shooting and smiles and says she’ll definetly win.

Ren tells Kyouko to take the next scene off because of her leg. Because the next scene is a tea ceremony where she’ll have to sit on her legs and that will be painful. It will be a 15minute scene but it could take longer. Kyouko wonders if she has confidence to this. During the scene everyone compliments how Ruriko has learn the art of tea quickly. Ruriko states in her mind she has been learning this since a child.  Everyone asks Kyouko to sit down but she states that she doesn’t want to sit much she then asks, Ruriko aren’t you allergic to UV Rays? That right they’re currently outside in the boiling sun and Ruriko is in it. She has been found out that shes not allergic.

The Director and Ren show up to find Ruriko and Kyouko fighting. They’re continue to fight using words then the director says to calm down and use acting instead. Ruriko stomps off and Kyouko falls. Ren calls her a idiot and tells her to give up because her leg is so injured. Ruriko then stomps back and grabs onto Ren and takes him away saying it time to go.

Kyouko remembers Ruriko words about making her never become a idol. Kyouko says she’ll try. Kyouko gets up and eviling saying with a smile say, you won’t ruin me I’ll ruin you. Ren find this aura creepy. Ruriko blames Ren for not wanting to act with her. Only to act with Kyouko because he’s being kind to her. He says no I want to work with someone who actually puts in the effort. She is surprised by this. During the tea scene,it’s Ruriko’s turn, the director yells at her saying she is doing the wrong line and it’s Kyouko’s turn. Ruriko stomps over to the director saying she wasn’t finish and she was putting all her effort in. The director says you don’t just put your effort in but your whole life into it. Ruriko then starts making up excuses and the Director says he doesn’t want to hear anymore. Kyouko is sitting, Yashiro is telling her she should go to the hospital but she denies, she gets up to feel another pain in her leg. Yashiro states that she’ll break all her bones, but she says even if she breaks all her bones she’ll still do it. She says this with a evil aura and Yashiro finds this scary. Kyouko goes up to Ruriko saying she will finish the love me mission. That is to protect Ruriko from the sun. Meaning she’ll never let Ruriko act in the sun. Ruriko is freaked by this.

Thoughts

I was really out of it while watching this, probably because it was 3 in the morning. But even tho I still can say that I enjoy this episode and the chibi moments. I also enjoy the continuous cat fight. Character development is happening to Kyouko alot in this episode. Throughout this series we’re learning that Kyouko is starting to take more effort in the things she wants and even goes as far as to continue even tho she has a injured ankle. I find Ruriko’s character very repetitive in what she does so she doesn’t really change. The plot moved forward as we learn that this is a battle between Ruriko/Kyouko that The president had some help in creating. We also learn that Ruriko isn’t allergic to UV RAYS. And Kyouko moves the plot by saying she will defenitly win this. So yah, thats all I can really say. Till next time, Ja ne ^_^

Overall

Episode: It was good with all the cat fight. It was a bit repetetive of how things happen but were starting to go deeper inside of Kyouko’s life. We’re seeing the many sides of her. Sweet,Kind,Evil,Angry. She  basically reflects all human emotions. Which is nice. No Shou sadly, but lots of Ren ^_^

Animation: We had lots of chibi forms in this episode. With Kyouko and Ruriko that is. It was cute and made the cat fight scenes more enjoyable.

Plot/Character Development: Plot is moving with us learning that Ruriko is not allergic to UV RAYS, and that Kyouko states that she will win this no matter what. We also learn that this battle or face off between Ruriko and Kyouko was mainly set off by the president.  Ruriko then confesses that she hates  Kyouko and will ruin her life. Character Developments happen alot to Kyouko. We’re starting to see all the sides to Kyouko’s character. Sweet,Innocent,mean,devlish,ect. She’s really got at reflecting  human emotions.
